The Etoile du lagon Villa is a lovely vacation rental with a nice view on the ocean. It is 5 minutes by walking from the lagoon and the beach of La Saline-les-bains (Trou d’eau). Refurbished with refined decoration, the house offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean view, and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. You will be delighted by the terrace, the pool area, the sunset, the proximity of the lagoon and the beach (5 minutes by walking), the waterfront restaurants (less than 10 minutes by walking), and so many things… This vacation rental of 90 sqm with a 20 sqm terrace, offers a little swimming-pool, a nice outside area with an ocean view. You will love the Berber tent and the lighting at evening to enjoy the mild night in Reunion Island. Pool dimensions: 4.50 m by 2.0 m – depth: 1.4 m. If needed, there are pool barriers to secure the pool area. The villa is secured (fence + gate) and you can park two cars inside the property. There is a chacoral barbecue. For your information, the Berber tent is removed during the cyclone season. INSIDE ************************************************************ There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. This vacation rental has a ground floor with the living area, and a floor with the bedrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom (shower) with toilets, a large living room with a kitchen, opened onto the terrace outside with a table. There is a kitchen which is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking hobs, toaster, kettle). On the floor, there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two with double bed, and one with two single beds), and one bathroom (bath) with toilets. All the bedrooms offer a view on the ocean. The house is equipped with a free internet access (wifi). There is also a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will enjoy the proximity of the lagoon and the beach (5 minutes by walking) to watch multicolored fishes, and the beach restaurants (10 minutes by walking) for a cocktail or a meal. The proximity services are 4 minutes by car from the house, such as the bakery, the pharmacy, the wine merchant. The supermarket is 6 minutes away by car. For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will be delighted by this setting. La Saline-les-bains is the coastal resort on west coast, an area blessed by a micro-climate with more than 300 sunny days a year. You will enjoy the warm waters of the lagoon and water activities with easily access to all excursions on the island (three cirques - Mafate, Cilaos, Salazie - the volcano – waterfalls). HOUSE RULES ************************************************************ Events and parties are strictly forbidden. It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa. Pets are not allowed. Capacity: 6 people. BOOKING CONDITIONS ************************************************************ 7 nights minimum stay. To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival. If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation. A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card). A rental lease agreement will document all these information. Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM. Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM. Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement. In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).
