    Description

    The Vavangue villa offers an amazing view with a 180° view on the Indian Ocean and its sunsets. Next to the beaches, it has spacious rooms and 6 air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 14 people (8 adults maximum).

    OUTSIDE
    ************************************************************
    The Vavangue villa is an amazing vacation rental on a field of 950 m². The view is breathtaking wherever you are in the house (360° view on the ocean and the mountains). The different terraces around the house and the different levels offer new panorama all the time. The infinity pool has a magical view of the blue ocean (dimensions: 8 m x 4 m - depth 1.60 m to 1.70 m).

    The large terrace with dining table is a perfect place to watch the ocean and the sunsets. There is also a gas barbecue.

    The villa is in a private housing estate, and she has an automatic access gate. It’s possible to park two/three car inside the property.

    INSIDE

    On three levels (land,sea and air) the villa offers a very beautiful living room with two large through openings for a feeling of outdoor living. This area is composed of a living room (flat screen and wifi internet access) and a spacious kitchen. On this sea level, there are also an air-conditioned bedroom (king size bed) with its ensuite bathroom (shower, bath and WC), a second air-conditioned bedroom (king size bed) with a bathroom (shower), and an independent toilet.

    The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, electric hob, toaster, kettle...).

    On the ground floor, this vacation rental has an air-conditioned bedroom for the parents (queen size bed), and an ensuite air-conditioned bedroom with sofa bed for children. Both rooms have a shared bathroom with shower and toilet.

    On the same level, there is a third air-conditioned bedroom (queen size bed), and a last air-conditioned bedroom with 2 sofa beds, a television and a kitchen. There is also an independant toilet.

    The top floor (air level) has a perfect area for reading, a bathroom with toilet, and a terrace with another dining area.

    All rooms have a wonderful view of the Indian Ocean, and each room has a sliding windows door that opens on a terrace.

    The villa has three washing machines.

    NEIGHBORHOOD
    ************************************************************
    The villa is in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, at 1.8 km from downtown. The area is residential (famous private housing estate) and you will appreciate the presence of all proximity services of Saint-Gilles (bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, newsagent, wine shop, restaurants/snacks). The supermarket is 2.5 km away from the villa.

    The Roches Noires beach, with its white sand, is a 5-minute drive away. The swimming area is protected by an anti-shark net when conditions are good.

    Next door, the Roches Noires esplanade is a real place of conviviality with its restaurants and bars facing the ocean and its sunsets.

    You will enjoy all the sea activities from the marina (dolphin and whale watching, diving to discover the seabed of Reunion Island, jet-skiing...). Kids can see fishes in the Saint-Gilles aquarium.

    The white sandy beaches and safe lagoon are a 10-minute drive away. You can dive for colorful fish with just a mask. You can also enjoy a cocktail with your feet in the sand in the many restaurants along the lagoon.

    For your holidays in Reunion Island, you will love your stay at the Cormorans villa. Located in Saint-Gilles-les-Bains, a reference seaside resort on the west coast with a unique microclimate, you will enjoy the lagoon and its water activities, with easily access to all excursions on the island (Volcano, the 3 cirques, etc).

    HOUSE RULES
    ************************************************************
    Events and parties are strictly forbidden.

    The use of the swimming-pool is forbidden for people from outside.

    It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the villa.

    Pets are not allowed.

    14 persons maximum (8 adults maximum).

    BOOKING CONDITIONS
    ************************************************************
    5 nights minimum stay.

    To book, a booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 30 days before your arrival.
    If there are less than thirty (30) days before the beginning of your stay, the entire rental rate is due at the booking reservation.

    A security deposit of 2000 euros will be required upon arrival (pre authorization on credit card).

    A rental lease agreement will document all these information.

    Check-in time: 3 PM – 7 PM.
    Check-out time: 8 AM – 11 AM.
    Please note that check-in time and check-out time may be different if the premise is not rented before and/or after and with our agreement.

    In case of late arrival (after 7 PM) or early departure (before 8 AM), please let us know (we will charge 50 € at your arrival to find someone to welcome you).

    From the booking date until 43 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.

    In case of cancellation the following charges will apply:

    From the booking date until 43 days before check-in 25% of the total rent
    From 42 days before check-in until 29 days before check-in 50% of the total rent
    From 28 days before check-in until 8 days before check-in 75% of the total rent
    From 7 days before, until the check-in 100% of the total rent
    No-show 100% of the total rent
